What is the alarm of an industrial burner? What are the solutions to burner alarm?
There are many reasons for industrial burner alarms. Check and confirm whether the gas supply and pressure are normal, whether the ignition high-pressure bag is normal, whether the ignition electrode is burnt or damaged, and whether the valve is normal. If no abnormalities are found during the above inspection, the working status of the burner should be readjusted. The editor summarized the alarm faults of these industrial burners and summarized some conventional solutions, hoping to be helpful to everyone:
Burner malfunction: After the main power switch is connected, the red light of the controller does not light up, and the burner shows no signs of operation.
Cause analysis: The burner may not be able to supply power.
Solution: Check the power fuse, wires, power switch, etc., And whether the position of the source connected to the burner control box is correct. If other thermostats are installed, check if the thermostat is affected and if there is poor contact between the controller and the junction box.
Burner fault: After connecting the power, the burner motor cannot rotate and the fault red light is on.
Cause analysis: The motor coil is short circuited, the motor bearing cannot rotate, the motor capacitor is damaged, the oil pump shaft cannot rotate, and the controller is damaged.
Solution: After determining the cause, the solution can only be disassembled, repaired, replaced, or replaced.
Burner malfunction: After the burner motor is connected to the power supply, it rotates. After the blowing program, the nozzle sprays out oil-free mist, and then the burner stops all work and lights up the fault red light.
Reason analysis and solution ideas:
The fuel tank is out of fuel - delivering oil to the tank.
There is air in the oil pipe - follow the exhaust procedure to exhaust the air in the pipe. The solenoid valve coil is short circuited - replace
Damaged oil pump - disassembled for repair, or replaced with a broken coupling connecting the motor and oil system.
It is recommended to replace the oil pump controller or electric eye to replace the oil pump.
Excessive light in the combustion chamber (refractory bricks burning red or residual carbon residue burning, abnormal electrical eye) - carbon deposits self ignite and enter the furnace for cleaning.
Fault: After turning on the power, the burner motor rotates. After the blowing program, oil mist sprays out from the nozzle, but cannot be ignited. Then, it stops working and the fault light comes on.
Reason analysis and solution ideas:
Ignition transformer faulty - replace
The high-voltage line connecting the transformer to the ignition wire is damaged or loose - replace the insulation porcelain rod of the ignition wire and break it - replace the insulation porcelain rod
The gap between the ignition rods is too wide or there is no gap - adjust the gap to 4-5mm (mm)
Fix the ignition rod and turn it forward to reach the stabilizer - adjust the distance between the ignition rod and the stabilizer to be greater than about -10mm (mm). There is carbon slag in the gap between the ignition rods - remove carbon slag
The distance between the tip of the ignition rod and the leading edge of the oil nozzle is not appropriate - adjust the distance to about 3-4mm from the leading edge of the oil nozzle. The oil contains impurities, moisture, etc. - change the oil or drain the water
The setting angle of the damper is too large. Can't blow out any points - try gradually reducing them.
Fault: Due to some reason, the burner often stops turning on the red light.
Cause analysis and solutions
Controller malfunction - repair or replace.
Unclear photosensitive part of the electric eye - clean the photosensitive part.
The temperature around the burner is too high. Affect the normal operation of the controller - improve the boiler room environment and reduce the temperature of the boiler room.
If the oil pump shaft is too tight or the motor shaft is too tight, it will increase the motor load and affect the normal operation of the controller - shutdown maintenance, allowing the shaft to run freely.
When the low water level is reached, shut down the boiler for protection, ensure rated output operation, and adjust load stability.
Fault: The small flame burns normally to a large flame and extinguishes or the flame flickers unstable.
Reason analysis and solution ideas:
The air volume of the small fire door is set too high - gradually adjust the air door.
Dirty or damaged oil nozzle - clean or replace with a new one.
Diesel fuel has high viscosity and is not easy to atomize.
Improper spacing between the stabilizer and the oil nozzle - adjust 0-10mm.
If the oil temperature is too high, it will cause the oil to gasify and return smoothly - reduce the oil temperature appropriately.
Mix oil and water - change the oil and try again.
Fault: There is an abnormal biting sound when the oil pump rotates.
Reason analysis and solution ideas:
Insufficient oil intake or contact with the filter, then clean the filter to reduce oil temperature.
If the oil temperature is too low and the viscosity is too high, heat or dilute it with diesel.
Fault: Stop time controller.
Reason: The fuse of the time controller is broken, the control power is not connected, and the interlocking circuit is not connected.
Solution: Repair or replace.
Fault: The adjustment size of the black smoke damper is invalid.
Reason: The oil nozzle is worn and cannot atomize.
Solution: Replace the oil nozzle
Fault: White smoke emitted
Reason analysis: The damper is too large, and oil and water are mixed.
Solution: Reduce the damper and improve the oil quality.
Fault: There is black smoke during combustion.
Reason analysis and solution:
Loosen the screws in the atomization section or there is a problem with the atomizer - replace the tightening screws.
The oil pump is damaged and the oil pressure is too high - replace or repair the oil pump.
The oil supply system is blocked - check if the air valves such as the oil filter, oil pump filter screen, and oil nozzle catch screen are adjusted too small - readjust the air valves.
Burner fan blades are full of oil stains - remove the oil stains from the fan blades.
Fault: The flame returns to the furnace door.
Cause analysis: Chimney blockage or dust accumulation on chimney walls and smoke pipes, detachment of refractory bricks in the furnace, hindering flame combustion, and jealousy of excessive oil coke affecting combustion.
Solution: Please remove dust from the chimney, remove dust from the smoke pipe, repair the furnace wall, and remove oil coke.
