Maintenance and upkeep of light oil burners
1、 Instructions for use.1. Normal working condition.Turn on the power, the burner motor starts, and sparks are generated between the ignition electrodes. After the pre hair dryer, the oil pump solenoid valve automatically opens, and the oil mist sprayed from the nozzle is penetrated by an electric spark, forming a flame. At this point, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame and the controller enters a locked state. After the ignition electrode delays ignition, the ignition stops and the burner enters normal working state.2. Abnormal working status. If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not sense the brightness of the flame, the safety alarm system will move after a safe time, cut off the start-up program of the burner, and the fault red light will light up.When the burner is just started, if the flame detector senses brightness, the safety system will operate, the controller will not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve will not open, the nozzle will not spray oil, and after the safety time, the fault red light will light up.3. Precautions. Therefore, when starting the burner under bright light, it is necessary to first cover the flame detector and not allow light to be seen. After the burner sprays flames, immediately turn on the flame detector, otherwise the burner cannot function properly. The burner can only be restarted after the red light is on for 3 minutes.2、 Precautions. When connecting peripheral circuits to achieve automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please follow the wiring diagram of the control system for wiring.2. The oil suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm.3. The burner should be turned off before filling the fuel tank, and the fuel can only be injected into the tank after filtering. It can only be restarted after 20 minutes of oil filling.4. The oil system must not leak oil or gas. Before starting the burner, check if the fuel in the fuel tank is sufficient.6. The size of the damper should match the specifications of the nozzle. When using a burner, it is generally necessary to adjust the air damper appropriately, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the oil nozzle with a suitable specification and injection angle.7. The ambient temperature of the burner should not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and insulation measures should be taken. When used in cold areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for oil storage devices and supply and return oil pipeline systems to prevent blockage of oil circuits due to freezing. Meanwhile, the control circuit of the burner must not be damp or hot. When cleaning the chimney, please turn off the burner.9. The motor and ignition transformer should pay attention to moisture prevention and avoid use in humid environments.10. When installing the burner, it should be balanced and used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting. When it is inconvenient to directly operate the burner, external control should be carried out on the switch and electrical protection device.12. Regularly check whether the connection of the burner and various components is firm, loose, and whether the position has changed.13. When starting the burner, be careful to prevent sudden flames from spraying and damaging people and objects.3、 Regular maintenance. The light diesel used must be cleaned, please pay attention to the regular cleaning of the fuel tank and oil filter. Replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and rubber components on the coupling once a year and a half.1. Foreign objects are strictly prohibited from entering the air duct.2. The burner should be kept away from flammable and explosive products and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.3. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value.4. Regularly inspect the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector, and ignition electrode to remove oil stains and carbon deposits, especially the flame detector should be kept clean and not wet.5. When maintaining the burner, cut off the power supply.
